As one of the best duck hunting clubs in Washington, it is our top priority to keep conditions optimal for: rotate hunting locations and having each day's hunt completed early enough each day so as not to disturb the next hunting day's quality conditions.
Besides the incredible quality of our waterfowl and duck hunting land, the facility will provide electrical hook-ups for those that choose to use their own RV’s.
For the hunters with dogs, we have a six stall horse barn with individual stall heaters to function as dog kennels.
Another existing building will provide an indoor cleaning and washing facility for dressing your birds as well as a freezer/cooler area to store your birds during your stay.
The club will benefit by our family having control of crop rotation and farming practices versus merely renting a field where the farmer has no interest in the hunting club.
We have our own heavy equipment to construct ponds and place pits annually as needed.
Having farmed the properties for the past several years, we are familiar with where birds have been attracted to previously to be able place the pits accordingly.

Currently constructed are five duck ponds and eight goose pits; member eliminator blinds could broaden hunting availability as well.
There are three different parcel locations which presently include 866 acres. All locations are close in proximity.
The property is in close proximity to the confluence of the Snake and Columbia Rivers with the McNary Wildlife Refuge bordering on the South and East sides.
As befits the best club for waterfowl and duck hunting in Washington, we are conveniently located 9 miles from Tri-Cities, Washington, airport.
